try hard too make my dreams come true

After I decided to take the college entrance exam for doctor, I viewed some English studying websites, and found a lot of people having dreams that I never dreamed of . I began to think that if I had more self-confidence and spend more time in improving my ability rather than idling around , maybe my life will be much more different. I`m 25 now, I feel much more pressure in life than ever before, and I haven`t made much accomplishments in my life. I have no girl friend and I`m still spending my parents` money. It`s emergent time for me to work hard to improve my ability. First, I need to pass the college entrance exam and get my doctor`s degree. Second, I should carry on to improve my English. Last but not least, I should learn how to get on with people, which is an essential skill for everyone in the world. =================================================================================================== P.S.
