首先句子有歧义吗？另外，这里的小括号和here用的对吗？

句子很啰嗦，原因在于要表达的东西太多，但句子层次清晰，脉络清楚，读起来也还可以，觉得没必要改。任何修改都很难兼顾到这些。

这样也可以的，但应为两句话。In this scheme, the traditional modeling structure presented in Fig. 1 is adopted and sensor measurements are used directly for model identification。Thus the scheme is named ‘direct identification method’ in this paper. 但这个字数没有减少，一句变成了两句。
