Two Ph.D. positions in Dynamic Systems and Control

PhD: Texas Tech University, USA Contributed by: Dr. Beibei Ren, beibei.ren@ttu.edu Two Ph.D. positions in Dynamic Systems and Control are available within the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Texas Tech University (Texas, USA). The successful candidates will conduct research on the research topics: - Control and Optimization of Wind Farm - Rewewable Energy and Smart Grid Integsration - Modeling and Control of a Hybrid Aerial–Ground Robotic System Requirements: - M. S degree in ME, EE, or related areas; - Dedicated, hardworking, and passion to learn more; - Experienced in MATLAB/SIMULINK; - Excellent mathematical skills; - Creative and capable of independent study and thinking. Required documents: - Detailed CV (including a list of publications, if any); - A cover letter to indicate that how you meet ALL the essential criteria with details/examples/evidence, and your career goal; - A research statement describing your past achievement and your research plan.
