| 异位骨化(HO)可导致患肢肿痛、活动受限，影响患者后续功能恢复，削弱组织重建，增加后续外科治疗的介入所需花费的费用，发病率及致残率高，给社会经济带来重大影响。HO形成的确切机制尚未明确，多认为与损伤组织及炎性细胞释放的调控蛋白诱导间充质干细胞（MSCs）向骨、软骨细胞分化相关。转化生长因子β（TGF-β）为TGF-β家族的成员，TGF-β信号是诱导MSCs分化为骨、软骨细胞的关键信号，TGF-β/smad信号通路有很强的的刺激成骨作用。 |

| Heterotopic ossification (HO) can lead to limb swelling pain and restricted movement, which would affect the follow-up in patients with functional recovery, weaken the organization reconstruction, increasing the involvement of subsequent surgical treatment costs, morbidity and high morbidity and bring great influence to social economy. The exact mechanisms that how the HO is forming remain unclear. It is believed nowadays that the tissue damage and inflammatory cells release of efflorescence stem cells (MSCs) regulatory proteins induced cell differentiation related to the bone and cartilage. Transforming growth factor beta (TGF - beta) as the members of the family of TGF - beta, TGF - beta signals is the key to induce MSCs to differentiate into bone, cartilage cells signal, TGF - beta/smad signaling pathway has a strong role in stimulating osteogenesis. |
