[交流] Have you gotten any special presents for the spring festival?

It is a start of the new year. Many of us have begun our work for days and some students maybe still stay home, enjoying the rest time with their family and old friends in the vacation. Even though the past of time pushes us to a quicker pace of life, we can still feel the last bit of happiness and relaxation in the spring festival. As I age and am about to enter my 30 years old two or three years later, I will find it will be interesting to inquire whether you, my friends in the EC, have gotten any special presents from your family member, or your BF(GF) for the spring festival? Will you share your stories with me?

it is really a good topic. however, in my views, to staying together and sharing love to each other is the most important part of the spring festival. actually, for our chineses new year, it is rather easy for us to recall our ancestors due to the tradition and the strong festival mode. so it is one of the centric topic for our family to tell and share the strories of our past familiy members.we still love each other even we live in different world. that is one uniqe feature of the chinese new year.

I think this is kind question that does not belong to someone that still living single and graduated from school, someone like me, for we are not support to be the gift receivers, in deed lots of time we are senders.

Usually it means benevolence and good fortune. Your mother want the string to protect you when you are away from her.
