欧美药厂招聘抗体制备Phage display 杂交瘤，噬菌体

Responsibilities: In this position, your main goal is to make major contributions to the generation of different therapeutic antibodies for novel targets using combinatorial antibody phage and other display libraries. Additionally this hire is expected to catalyze technology and process innovation in the antibody selection and characterisation. You also need the ability to manage/supervise a small group. In addition you will support the Group Head in the overall planning and allocation of experiments. Requirements: Ph.D. and postdoctoral experience in Antibody Engineering. Industrial woring experience is preferred. Strong background and experience in antibody display library construction, selection, expression and characterization of the monoclonal candidates selected. Strong inter-personal, managerial and leadership skills. Outstanding oral and written communication abilities. Highly organized, strongly motivated and self-initiated Superior problem solving skills.
