香港城市大学 -计算材料物理与生物物理方向--课题组招生

香港城市大学应用物理与材料科学系的范教授紧急招收一名2014年秋季入学的博士生。范老师科研态度严谨，为人非常谦和，有兴趣的同学 可以联系范教授 junfan@cityu.edu.hk 待遇：香港城市大学博士生奖学金14400港币/月，足够在港一个月的费用。且系里有各项奖学金可以申请。 具体信息见下： Ph.D. position available in the field of computational materials science and biophysics at the Department of Physics and Materials Science, the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, Starting Fall of 2014. 导师背景： Prof. Fan obtained her bachelor degree from Tsinghua University, and PhD degree from Princeton University, USA. Potential projects include (but not limited to) 研究方向： a) Molecular dynamics simulations of proteins and membrane; b) Molecular dynamics of metallic glass; c) First principle calculation of biomolecules. The chance will increase with a high GPA (> 80 preferred, a low GPA may result in a academic score of 0) and scientific papers published (SCI, top 50% in category). 英语成绩： English Proficiency Requirements of College of Science and Engineering:---a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based)or 79 (internet-based); or ---a minimum overall band score of 6.5 in IELTS;or ---a score of 490 in the Chinese mainland’s College English Test Band 6;or ---other test scores that may be regarded as equivalent to TOEFL 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based) or 79 (internet-based).
