[求助] 傅里叶变换提取文本中每行文字已有1人参与

例如一份文档的扫描图，行间距固定，字大小间距也固定。能不能用2维傅里叶变换的方法，把各行文字分开来抽取？
如果这张图片旋转了，还能抽取吗？

英文原版如下
From document images (Printed horizontally. Constant space between the lines.  One column.
Character size (constant height of the lines)), which consist of only characters, such as paperbacked books,
each line should be extracted.  Discuss the processes needed for extracting each line by utilizing 2-D
Fourier Transform.  Here, the processes can deal with the cases in which the  document is translated
vertically (perpendicular to the lines) in the image, and/or in which the document is rotated.
