metaXCMS的问题 已有1人参与

刚开始用metaXCMS, 好像用GUI转化的Waters数据总是有问题“Error in xcmsRaw(file, profstep = 0) : Time for scan XXX greater than scan YYY" ， 查了一下网站说“you have to add the "sortByScanTime" filter for the file conversion””,需要用masswolf,但是好像用masswolf也会出现一些问题。。不知道有什么别的办法。。。 |
