投semiconductor science and technology，编辑说不太适合，建议转投material research express. 2015-08-04 提交 2015-12-15 小修 整整用了四个多月，中间问过几次就说一直没有找到第二个审稿人，最后又催了一次，编辑才把文章转给了编委的一个人，让他做第二审稿人。 2015-12-24 改好提交 2016-01-20 接受 2016-03-07上线，2月份去休假了，不然应该会快很多 从提交第一稿到接受，用了五个半月。。。。。小编回邮件倒是挺快，但基本上都是很官方的回复。。。 该期刊还不是SCI收录，还没有影响因子，今年2016年开始可能会有。没有版面费 |
