[交流] Research positions available at Electrochemical Interfaces Laboratory at CUHK

楼主就是EIL组里的学生，希望大家有意从事这方面研究的都踊跃申请，Prof.Lu也是一个特别nice的老板。以下是招聘信息:

Principle Investigator:
Prof. Yi-Chun Lu

Assistant Professor at Department of Mechanical & Automation Engineering
Chinese University of Hong Kong

Dr. Lu received her B.S. degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the National Tsing Hua University in 2007 and Ph.D. degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2012. Dr. Lu is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).

Dr. Lu’s research group focuses on developing functional materials and efficient interfaces for clean energy storage and conversion. Dr. Lu’s field of expertise includes electrochemistry, charge transfer and transport kinetics, electrocatalysis, solid-state chemistry, materials synthesis and chemistry by design. On-going research development at CUHK includes electrode and electrolyte design for high-energy metal-air and metal sulfur batteries; redox-active components and solution chemistry for redox-flow batteries; electrocatalysts and electrode design for low-temperature fuel cells and electrolyzers; mechanistic understanding of interfacial phenomena governing electrochemical energy conversion and storage processes.

Research Positions Available:

1. Ph.D. student positions and Research Assistant positions are available in the area of electrochemical energy storage and conversion. We welcome worldwide applications from motivated students with strong interests in materials/chemical/energy science & engineering. Competitive stipend support will be provided. 2. Post-doctoral research associate positions are available in the area of energy storage, redox flow systems, electrode design and battery interface studies are available immediately. Worldwide candidates with Ph.D. in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering or closely related fields are encouraged to apply. We welcome motivated candidates with demonstrated experience in energy storage, materials science & engineering, organic chemistry or electrochemistry.
