为paper祈祷一下 已有20人参与

今天又投了一篇paper，希望这次不要像前几次那样被直接退稿啊，至少也要送个外审吧。祈祷！ 一天之后，果断被退回来了， 这是退稿邮件！大家说我该怎么办啊？ Thank you for submitting your manuscript. Unfortunately, we are not able to consider it further for publication. This decision is not a statement that the work is scientifically incorrect or that it will not interest specialists in the field. However, we are currently accepting less than 25-30% of submissions as a result of the ever increasing popularity of the journal. Papers that may have been accepted a few years ago are now experiencing stronger competition for space in the journal, and so we are forced to select fewer articles for reviewing. We can therefore only consider papers that report a genuine breakthrough or unexpected discovery of broad interest in the field of optics and lasers. With this in mind, we feel that the results presented in your manuscript would be better for a more suitable journal. We therefore did not want to delay publication of your results and wish you success in submission of your manuscript elsewhere.
