关于贝塔淀粉样蛋白纤维化

在文献中看到两种纤维化的方式，请问这两种方式得到的产物fibril 是一致的么？ Briefly, lyophilized purified peptide was dissolved in a minimum amount of 2 mM NaOH and the pH is adjusted to 10.5 using 100 mM NaOH. The peptide solution is sonicated for 2 minutes, and then filtered through 0.2 μm centrifuge filters. The filtered solution is adjusted to 400 μL using sodium phosphate buffer (100 mM sodium phosphate at pH 7.4, 600 mM NaCl) The fabrication of the Aβ fibril is so simple that requires only incubation of monomeric Aβ at 37 C in phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) over sufficient time (1 h under seed-mediated condition). |
