| Therefore,for the initial state of any electron,there is just one electron on 1s shell nearest the nucleus.Self energy and average energy modification which gives by Breit will be smaller than the final one when it is full on 1s.But self energy modification has little relation to valence electron,and Breit modification includes the Breit-Columb interaction.So Breit modification increase apparently with the electronic number on 2p when there is space on 1s. |
