初次投国外期刊，犯了个差错，hilight超字了，这文章要继续投吗？要不要给编辑回信？希望大家帮我提个建议，谢谢！ Dear I have read your manuscript. While the scientific content is relevant for this journal. I'm afraid the presentation of the manuscript is not up to the standard we expect for this journal. For example if you had read the guidelines for authors, you would have seen that each highlight is restricted to 85 characters. In addition the clarity and language require a good deal of attention. If you can get a colleague or someone you know whose English is of a high standard to improve the language and you follow closely the requirement of layout of manuscripts (looking at a recent OG paper might help here), I might be willing to consider a new submission. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work. |
