[求助] 中译英文一段

稀土掺杂的复合氟化物是一类重要的上转换发光基质材料,具有优异的光频转换性能。然而,当稀土掺杂复合氟化物材料的空间尺寸减小到纳米量级时,晶体中原子排列方式发生改变,从而引起小尺寸效应以及表面效应。显然,这些纳米效应是与基质材料的结构单元的种类有着密切的关系。NaYF4的主要结构单元是YF8多面体结构单元,而BaY2F8的结构单元是YF8 和BaF12两种多面体结构单元。所以,对NaYF4和BaY2F8来说,引起纳米效应的尺寸是不同的。我们利用热分解技术、水热技术来制备尺寸分布窄、结晶度高、分散性好的稀土离子掺杂纳米颗粒,观测基质材料的纳米效应尺寸,研究敏化剂、激活剂离子在基质中的微观环境、能量传递效率、量子产率和上转换发光强度,为蓝色固体激光器件开发打下基础。

Rare-earth Doped Complex Fluoride is an important type of host material for up-conversion luminescence, which has good efficiency in optical frequency conversion. However, when the spacial dimension of this material reduced to nanometer level, atomic arrangement become change,thus produce small size effect and surface Obviously, these nano effect has have a close relation with the structure unit and kind of host material. The basic unit of NaYF4 is YF8 polyhedron, while the structural units of BaY2F8 are YF8 polyhedron and BaF12 polyhedron. So, the sizes could cause nano effect in NaYF4 is different with which in BaY2F8. We will use the thermal decomposition technology, hydrothermal technology to prepare of rare earth ions doped nanoparticles with narrow size distribution, high crystallinity and good dispersity, test the sizes result in nano effect in these host materials, study the micro environment of sensitizers and activator ions, energy transfer efficient, quantum yield and up-conversion luminescence intensity. What we do will lay the foundation for the solid blue laser device development.
