收到了个征稿函，ICSV21，之前真心一点没听说过，，，求鉴定 已有1人参与

我都不记得这是在哪里注册的后果了。。。声与振动类的，全名：The 21st International Congress on Sound and Vibration 请问之前有没有虫友投过，被什么检索？录用与检索速度怎么样？ 链接没显示，，，这是官网http://www.icsv21.org/ Dear Colleague: Due to many requests, the deadline for abstract submission of non-refereed papers has been extended to 31 January 2014. If you still wish to submit a late abstract, please submit it as soon as possible to ensure it is placed in the session of your choice. The ICSV21 Technical Programme is under construction. So far over 600 abstracts have been submitted to ICSV21 from 50 countries and these numbers continue to increase every day. There are currently more than 730 users on the congress website and we expect more abstracts to be submitted from these users. All the abstracts submitted to date can be viewed at: http://iiav.org/icsv21/index.php?va=viewpage&vaid=175 If you are submitting your full-length paper to undergo review, it must be submitted by 31 January 2014. This deadline will be strictly enforced. You will be notified of the acceptance of your full-length paper by 1 March 2014. If you have not requested your full-length paper to be refereed for inclusion, it should be submitted as a non-refereed paper no later than 15 March 2014. You will be notified of the acceptance of your full-length paper by 1 May 2014. Abstracts and full-length papers can be submitted on the ICSV21 website, www.icsv21.org under the "Participants` Area." Please note that all accepted refereed and non-refereed full -length papers will be included in the ICSV21 Proceedings as long as the ICSV21 registration fee has been paid.
