据说这是期刊回复一个作者的信件：Despite all, we did contact many times tompson to ask about this strange situation and why some authors are contacting us? but informed us that they will re-start the re-evaluation f our journal in 2016, not before. So we as a publisher are not concerned at all our tehir policy. But remember the journal is already abstracted and indexed elssewhere |
