carbon拒稿后可以重投吗？ 已有5人参与

投了一篇carbon 三个审稿人，两个大修，其中第二个审稿人对文章评价还不错，给出了很好的修改意见。第三个审稿人给拒了，主要理由是文中一个句子引用了前人的文章内容但是未注明参考文献。（事实上我在文中不止一次引用过该文献，只是在这一小句疏忽了。可能审稿人恰是文章作者，所以很严厉地指出来了，对此我也很理解，毕竟是自己犯了错误。） 想请教各位，这样的情况下我认真修改之后还可不可以重投carbon，编辑会不会给机会呢。我做的东西不太热门，相同等级的适合我的研究方向的其他刊物还真不好找，面临着被拒就只能屈就低因子刊物的窘境。 以下为三个审稿人的意见（修改细节省略了）： Reviewer #1: The paper describes the classical analysis of five SAXS patterns from carbon fibres that have been subjected to various heat treatments. There are several major comments on this paper, as well as many small comments. Unfortunately, this reviewer recommends that major revisions should be executed before acceptance of the manuscript. Reviewer #2: This paper has some originality, and shows some interesting results. The author uses previous method about the structure and the microvoids analysis by using SAXS data, on the other hand, this study shows new information about other structure such as amorphous from it. I think the results in this paper are important information to understand the carbon fibers structures. However, this paper has a lot of typing error and has some points which should be reconsidered and be corrected, so the author needs to improve the contents in this report. Reviewer #3: The first and main reason to reject the paper is that the part from "It has been established that approximating methods ..." to the end of the section is identical to page 839-840 of Pauw et al., J. Appl. Cryst 2010, 43:837. This paper is cited in the work as reference 32, but not once in the part, where the section of Pauw et al. were copied. Copying without citing an article is not acceptable. |
