[求助] 毕业急救：投稿OE意见如下，再投OE还有机会么？已有9人参与

本人研三了，希望能在毕业前中一篇与毕设相关的文章。这样好毕业，没有就有点悬。
但是现在很纠结，求助大家。
前久投稿OE悲剧，个人想改投其他要求低一点的期刊，如OC，小OE之类。但是导师因为奖金问题，想让我修改后再投OE。
我现在不想管他，只想在毕业前弄一篇文章出来。
如果再次重投OE的话，编辑说直接给最初审稿人，时间可能短点，但是万一不中就来不及投其他期刊了；
但是投其他期刊的话也不知道时间，也不知道审稿意见。之前在OC上投了一篇，审稿七个月，还在审，都要疯了。

The configuration of inter VPN is similar to that of ref. 13 and utilized A effect in an HNLF instead of the B effect in this manuscript. The configuration of the intra VPN used the wavelength reflection technique using FBGs reported in ref. 12.
1)While Fig. 3 shows measured spectra of the signals in the WDM-RoF system, BER performance of the system shown in Fig. 4, 5, 6 is believed to be from computer simulations. The accuracy of simulation results depends on how well the system was modeled. This manuscript does not show any convincing evidence that the measured data would produce the simulated BER results. Thus, the authors are recommended to include measured BER data instead of simulated BER data. The reviewer finds that the authors reported measured BER performance of a similar VPN in ref. 12 and wonders why not in this manuscript.
