诺维信中国研发中心招聘研究助理 工作地点：海淀区上地信息路14号 请将中英文简历发至possc-rec@novozymes.com， 同时抄送至wnx@novozymes.com。 Research Associate (with case no. 3610)/Job overview Take part in screening and purification of novel enzymes as well as characterization. 1) Plan and conduct own laboratory work according to experimental plans prepared together with scientist staff in order to meet overall project goals. Optimize methods to improve efficiency. 2) Evaluate own experimental results, using relevant data analysis methods. Interpret and summarize results within the context of project goals, in the form of internal reports and presentations with conclusions reviewed and accepted by senior staff. 3) Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in laboratory notebooks, databases, and spread sheets containing all data and calculations for tests performed. 4) Maintain a range of purification and analytical equipment in good working order through calibration, preventative maintenance, up-grades, and necessary repairs. 5) Take ownership of assigned activities to achieve high quality results and demonstrate a positive team-working attitude on a consistent basis. Qualifications Minimum qualifications include a MS degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related area. Experience with protein purification and enzyme screening are preferred. Good communication skills, excellent English, are needed, as well as an enthusiastic personality with a passion for science and scientific approach.
