An interesting experimental facility is presented together with experimental results.

The non-uniform coefficient should be changed to some type of adimensional number. The formula could be the actual value in the orifice divided by the average of the 5 holes, this formula will provide values just over 1 if the injected quantity is higher than the average or lower than 1 if it is smaller.

The paper on Transient measuring method for injection rate of each nozzle hole based on spray momentum flux is quite an interesting topic for characterising fuel injection system and thus this may be of interest for Fuel. The technique itself is well established and several investigations about this technique has already been published earlier and those work has been cited in the references. The form of results are very representative to the already published literature. The new contribution of this work is hole to hole spray momentum flux in a multi-hole nozzle (5 hole). So this work will add value to the existing database.

The manuscript size is 33 pages, which is much more than the standard. Reduce the size to 25-30 pages.
