EPL需要申诉吗？还是mutual transfer，请问该怎么转移啊？谢谢 ps：一个letter期刊一审两个月，时间太长了，关键是3号审稿人 04 Nov 2013 Manuscript received by Editorial Office 04 Nov 2013 Manuscript sent to Co-editor 15 Nov 2013 Manuscript sent to Referee1 15 Nov 2013 Manuscript sent to Referee2 15 Nov 2013 Referee2 could not report 18 Nov 2013 Manuscript sent to Referee3 18 Nov 2013 Referee3 promised a review 22 Nov 2013 Reminded Referee1 22 Nov 2013 Referee1 promised a review 02 Dec 2013 Referee3 sent a report 02 Jan 2014 Referee1 sent a report 10 Jan 2014 Sent final decision: suggest to submit to a partner journal REPORT A 审稿很快很仔细，写了一大推，最后结论 In view of the issues discussed above, I do not recommend the article for publication. I strongly suggest a major revision of the manuscript. REPORT B 比前个晚了一个月，而且明显没前个认真，最后结论 Due to the above concerns, I feel the paper does not meet the standards of EPL and will not recommend its publication. |

是不是转投到它提到的几家会更快更有希望？是不是还是原来审稿人？那这样话就算修改稿在审？谢谢 Note that in that respect EPL has an agreement of mutual transfer with: Journal of Physics (J. Phys.) or European Physical Journals (EPJ) or Classical and Quantum Gravity (CQG) or Plasma Physics and Controlled Fusion (PPCF) or Plasma Sources Science and Technology (PSST) or Physica Scripta This agreement allows, when appropriate, to transfer a manuscript together with the existing report(s) to one of these journals, keeping the original submission date. |
