[求助] analytical chemistry投稿已有1人参与

10月底投的稿，11月中旬给的回审意见。两个审稿人，一个建议直接发表，一个建议大修，主要的问题是觉得数据不足。

Thank you for submitting your manuscript for publication in the American Chemical Society journal Analytical Chemistry. It has been examined by expert reviewers whose reviews are enclosed. The reviewers have expressed serious reservations about this work that I do not believe could be addressed through a standard major revision. In light of the comments received, I am unable to accept the manuscript for publication in Analytical Chemistry.

However, if further experimentation, analysis, and revisions allow you to address the referees concerns in full we would be happy to consider a revised manuscript that included such data and analysis (assuming no related data is published in the interim). This revision should address the reviewers' comments and include a point-by-point response to the concerns.

I am sorry to have to convey this negative decision to you. Nevertheless, we appreciate your choice of Analytical Chemistry as a possible forum for the presentation of your work.

跟您请教一下关于在AC上的投稿问题，请问图片和表格是是都放在手稿最后就可以了还是需要单独弄一个finger with caption和 table withcaption 作为附件上传吗？还有就是Electronic or PDF Journal Publishing Agreement到底初次投稿时用不用提交啊？希望您能百忙之中回复一下，谢谢！！
