[求助] 麻烦大家翻一个简短摘要

Cerium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG:Ce) powder was synthesized by the Pechini method with
aluminum nitride, yttrium nitride, citric acid and ethylene glycol as the starting materials. Structure,
morphology and luminescence spectra were investigated by using X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric
and differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy
and photoluminescence spectroscopy measurements. The pure YAG phase was formed after heat treatment
at 800 C for 3 h and no intermediate phase was observed. The average size of the particles was
about 70 nm. The photoluminescence spectrum of the crystalline YAG:Ce phosphors showed the
green-yellow emission with 5d?4f transition as the most prominent group.
The increase of the ethylene glycol:citric acid molar ratio, resulted in a powder with smaller particle
size and better luminescence properties.

以氮化铝,氮化钇,柠檬酸和乙二醇作为原料,通过Pechini法合成铈掺杂的钇铝石榴石,通过X-射线衍射,热重-差热分析,电子显微镜扫描,傅里叶变换红外光谱和光致发光光谱测量来确定它的结构,外形与发光光谱。纯的YAG相在800℃,3小时热处理后形成,并且没有观察到中间其它相的生成。微粒的平均尺寸为70nm.YAG晶体的光致发光光谱:铬以5d-4f跃迁为最重要的部分,荧光呈现黄绿色发光带。乙二醇/柠檬酸的摩尔比的增加使粉末具有更小的颗粒以及更优的发光性能。
