关于下面这两个信号处理学术会议不知道哪个比较好，烦各位知情有经验的指导

本人不才，没有参加学术会议的经验，现在看到有两个会议不知道该投哪个好，希望师兄师姐们指教。 (http://www.ic-ic.org/2014/index.htm) Sample Text 2014 International Conference on Intelligent Computing (ICIC2014) All accepted conference papers will be published by Springer Verlag, including Lecture Notes in Computer Sciences (LNCS)/Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI)/Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI). And a small number of selected high-quality papers will be extended for possible inclusion in several main-stream international journals.
