Responsibilities: *Product development – Develop new product to meet the specific application requirement and modify the exisiting products for performance improvement or cost down. *Application development – Work with the sales to identify the new application opportunities for the existing products. *RM localization and cost down – Work with the purchasing people to qualify the local RM suppliers and identify the RM cost down opportunities. *Support the sales to develop new customers – Provide technical instructions such as product recommendation and filed trial to the new customers and help the sales to set up contact with them. *Technical supports for the key customers and distributors – Visit these key customers and distributors routinely to understand their requirements and provide them technical supports timely. *Technical training for the sales and customers – Provide technical training to the sales and customers to have them understand our product ranges and improve their troubleshooting capabilities. *Customer complaints follow up – Work with the customer service and QA people to resolve these complaints timely. *Production support and bad inventory control – Work with QA team and production team to modify manufacturing process and arrange rework. *Others – Others assigned to you in the technical and marketing area. 要求：本科或以上，化学/高分子专业，1-2年研发工作经验，不一定在胶领域。但对胶有基本认识；基本英语听说能力具备，面试需要见美国人经理（直属上司的上司） |
