论文接受后这段话是什么意思

论文接受后，编辑写了这么一大段，让重新提交最终版的稿件，投稿的时候已经按照模板改的，让具体怎么做没太搞明白，求助！ It would be helpful if you were to prepare the final version of the manuscript in accordance with the instructions below and the checklist in the attached file. In case you are not directly involved in the final stages of manuscript preparation, please forward the manuscript preparation details and the checklist to the appropriate person. Of particular importance is the presentation of the graphical material: if it can be reproduced directly, the possibility of errors is reduced and your correction of the author proofs facilitated. Please pay particular attention to the instructions about font size and type, the preparation of graphs (if any), and the ChemDraw template available from our homepage. Please send your final manuscript from your manuscriptXpress homepage (http://www.manuscriptXpress.org). Please ignore the button "Manuscript Submission" (only for NEW MANUSCRIPTS) and enter directly your Login: drweichu and password; then upload your archive file under "Manuscript(s) to be Revised" from your To Do list. We recommend that you collect your revision data in a single folder of your choice. It should contain: 1) Text: the text including all pictures, tables, captions, Table of Contents entry, and keywords collected in one single MS Word document (templates available from our homepage). 2) Graphics: In addition to this file, add your artwork in easy-to-handle formats. Please save each formula, figure, and scheme in a separate file, except for formulae in tables, which can be saved in one file per table. We prefer ChemDraw files (see our template) for chemical drawings, high-resolution JPEG or TIF files for bitmap artwork, and EPS or PS files for line-art drawings. Corel Draw and/or Windows metafiles, pict, Photoshop, and Paint Shop Pro files are also acceptable. Please note that low-resolution JPEG and GIF files are not suitable for high-quality print purposes. 3) Add Supporting Information data, if applicable, as a single PDF file. Please do not include the title of the article and all author names, this will be automatically inserted. Combine ALL files in the above-mentioned folder into ONE single "archive" file (e.g., ZIP file, TAR file, SIT file) and upload the compressed data file. |
