线虫c-p值及相关指数计算

谁有线虫每个属的c-p值的数据呢？以及线虫专有指数的计算公式中 e, b ,s 是什么意思，怎么计算出来的，ke、kb、ks每个属是多少，怎么查到？ne、nb、ns怎么计算？ 富集指数EI，（EI，Enrichment Index），EI = 100 × e/（e + b）， 基础指数BI：（BI，Basal Index），BI = 100 × b/（b + e + s）， 结构指数SI：（SI，Structure Index），SI = 100 × s/（b + s）， 通道指数CI：CI，Channel Index），CI = 100 × 0.8 × Fu2/（3.2 × Ba1 + 0.8 × Fu2）， 其中Ba1是c-p值是1的食细菌线虫的丰度， Fu2是c-p值是2的食真菌线虫的丰度。 E=∑ke×ne；B=∑kb×nb； S=∑ks×ns。 ke、kb、ks代表各营养类群的赋值（在0.8-5.0之间）， ne、nb、ns代表各类群的丰度。 本人刚开始学习线虫，啥也不知道 希望有明白的，能够详细的告诉我，非常感谢！ |
