| In December 2013, I recognized a new friend from Ukraine, whose name is Sergei. During his stay (10 days) in China (mostly in Lanzhou), I was his guide and did my best to let him feel comfortable at that time. Then we became good friends. As many foreigners, he is very interested in the culture of China. At the beginning of new year (2014), I wish that all I love are healthy, happy and lucky, etc. Also, I hope that I can let my foreign friends (including Sergei from Ukraine, Binod from Nepol and Hamid from Pakistan) know more about the culture of China. |

I have just received two blessing emails from Sergei and Alex (another friend from Ukraine, one colleague of Sergei, he came to China in 2011). "Dear Alana, I wish you all the best in the year to come, let this new year be successful for you. Thank you for the doufu you helped to buy for my sister, and the recipe for it. Best regards, Aleksei " "Dear Alana, I wish you all the best in the coming New Year! May all your dreams come true! See some photos about us. Sergei ” Also, I send him an email to express my best wishes for him and his family for the Chrismas holiday in his country. The blessings they send seems simple, but I think they are unvaluable.
