[交流] What can we conclude from the sexual scandal ?

A sexual scandal between one officer of medical system and medical director of one hospital had been published on line and newspaper recently. It conveyed a singal that central government determined to punish corruption in detail. I believed that the media had bad effect on the public without political factors . The right of portraiture should not be infringemented at all. However, it always happens in our country because Chinese people and officers are lack of legal knowledge. In fact, the actors of scandle should be punished by law but not media because the media has no right to sentence someone before the judgement by the court. Unfortunately, Chinese media always do the same illegal things without any punishment. It's a pitty that the actors of scandle don't perform their professional business any more though he/she is the expert in medical system. They may lose not only their jobs, but also their lives and families. So who should we blame at all ?
