编辑发邮件问版权的归属问题，我该怎么回复呢 已有1人参与

编辑的邮件： Dear Prof.XXX: It has come to my attention that this paper had been submitted to “The 7th International Conference on Separation Science and Technology (ICSST 2013)” which was held in Sichuan, China in July, 2013. A very similar paper to the one submitted to JCED is available online. My co-editor, Dr. Jiangtao Wu, read a statement on the website of this meeting in Chinese which said that, “If the paper has been accepted by the organizing committee of ICSST 2013, all copyright belongs to the meeting. The paper should not be submitted to other meetings or journals.” (The website link: http://ce.scu.edu.cn/icsst/%E7%B ... ked%20questions.htm ) My question to you is whether the meeting owns the copyright to this paper. 简单说下问题哈，我之前全文投的这个分离会议，已经被会议收录了（现在在cnki上面能查到），在cnki能查到之前，改投别的期刊，现在有那个组委会的放弃版权声明（已经说明版权在我自己手里），我应该要如何回复编辑呢，我不太清楚回复的内容，请虫子们帮帮忙。 |
