You are with attention to detail, which is good.

I did a bit research about complementary medicines when I was studying pharmacy. Basically CMs do no good to us unless we were asked to take them.

But in this theme, I just want to motivate people to do some English practice.

While labels state that supplements are only useful if out diet is deficient, many of us still reach for the vitamin bottle as added insurance in our quest for health.

Even if individuals are in fairly balanced nutirtion, they are still taking extender which mostly serves as placebo.

I'm not sure if extender is interchangeable with supplements, given that food supplement is kinda a technical term in health related subjects.
