| For referring convenience, we term the products as ZnO-GNx-T, with x=0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8 and T=150, 200, 250, 300 denoting the weight percentage of graphene and the calcination temperature, respectively. ZnO-GN0.1-200 was prepared by an in situ chemical precipitation method . Briefly, Zn(NO3)2 (0.01mol) was dissolved in distilled water (50 ml) with vigorous stirring in an ice-bath (a). GO (0.0904 g) was exfoliated in distilled water (100 ml) with ultrasonic treatment about an hour to form a light-brown solution (b). Subsequently, (b) was droped into (a) with continuous stirring. Then the aqueous solution of 1M KOH was dropwise added into the above mixture until the pH up to 8.5. After aging for 12 h, the product was separated by suction filtration and rinsed with distilled water several times, and then the product was dried at 60°C for 12 h under vacuum. Then the powder sample obtained was calcined at 200°C for 5h in air. The resultant product was obtained. |

为了便于引用,我们称这些产品为 ZnO-GNx-T,此处x=0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8 及 T=150, 200, 250, 300分别指单层石墨片的重量百分比及煅烧温度。ZnO-GN0.1-200是通过一个原位化学沉淀法制备的。简短地说,把Zn(NO3)2 (0.01mol) 溶解在蒸馏水里(50 ml)并在冰浴器内加以很好的搅拌形成(a)。把GO (0.0904 g)剥落到蒸馏水里(100 ml)并用超声波处理约一小时以形成一个淡褐色的溶液(b)。随后,滴入溶液(b)到溶液(a)并伴以不间断的搅拌。然后将水相的1M KOH滴入到上述混合物中,直到pH值达到8.5。时效12小时后,用抽滤分离该产品并用蒸馏水数次漂洗, 然后在真空条件和60摄氏度下把该产品干燥12小时。之后这样得到的粉样在200摄氏度下空气中煅烧5小时,就得到了最终产品。 不够专业,供参考 |
