请问这篇文献中他是怎么把PH调节到9.5的，直接用水稀释吗，还是加酸？ 已有5人参与

The mixed MnOx-CeO2 binary oxide catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation involving the surfactant cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide (CTAB) in the process. Take the sample with a Mn/Ce ratio of 5:5 as an example: 0.01 mol of Mn(CH3COO)2 ·4H2O and 0.01 mol of Ce(NO3)3 ·6H2O were simultaneously dissolved in 150 mL of distilled H2O, and 0.008 mol of CTAB was dissolved in 100 mL of distilled H2O. Then, the two kinds of solutions were mixed under stirring, giving a clear homogeneous solution, which was continuously stirred for 2 h. Afterward, about 30 mL of 2 M NaOH solution was quickly added under vigorous stirring to form a solid precipitate.
