意大利那不勒斯大学物理系2014年度博士生奖学金

这个奖学金要求你是做以下方向的： Growth and characterization of epitaxial and nanostructured films, and interfaces: pulsed laser deposition, in-situ analysis, optical, magnetic and transport properties。 The study of physical properties and technological applications of innovative materials, like thin films of ‘half metal’ oxides or magnetic nanoparticles, high electronic mobility interfaces between insulating oxides and heterostructures with different functionalities (dielectric, ferroelectric, superconductive), require a fine control of the fabrication process as well as the use of advanced characterization techniques. The samples will be grown by means of pulsed laser ablation, in the ns as well as fs time regime. The growth will be monitored in real time through different complementary techniques, capable of probing both the generated plasma and the surface. The ‘in situ’ characterization of the samples will be performed by means of photoemission spectroscopy, electronic diffraction and surface second harmonic generation (SSHG). The study of the electronic, magnetic, optical and structural properties of the fabricated samples will exploit several advanced characterization techniques: SSHG, transport measurements in external fields, magnetization measurements, THz spectroscopy, and advanced spectroscopies at large scale facilities. 具体申请过程如下： 登陆下面的网页 http://www1.na.infn.it/dottorat/index-en.htm 然后按照上面的要求申请，截至日期是14年1月10号。有8个外国人名额，其中三个是学校提供全奖，剩下的五个需要你自己找课题组出钱。如果你是做上面方向的，申请后经过面试，进入了前八名，但没有进入前三名，那么这个研究组就会为你提供一份全额的奖学金。联系人：王宣研究员。xuan.wang AT spin.cnr.it (请将AT换做@)。 |
