Freshman for help

| I am a freshman. Recently there is a thing I worry about. My teacher want to send me German to study and it may last for several weeks. My english is very poor and I can not listen and speak when I face a foreigner because of nervous. I am alone in this trip and I am afraid I will get lost and can not find a way home. |

Just speak slowly and make yourself heard and understood. Actually there are many overseas students in German, even in the uni you are heading for. You can search the Chinese student association here and seek help from them. Or just search for QQ group and ask students in the group to help you. Remember you are Chinese. No matter where you go, you don't have to worry about language problem  |

| U need to know many of us want this perious chance like yours ,but we cant coz we dont have a so generous tutor ...we can practice english or germany there ,but we will regret if we miss this thance , so packup and go on the road , when u come back , something will change on u. |

They speak English. Among all non-English speaking European residences, German's English is the best. Their pronunciation is quite clear although they sometimes have accent as well (for example, they could not differentiate sink from think) Knowing English is definitely enough for one to live in German.
