  Reagents were all of AR grade. Water used in the synthesis and washing was deionized. Graphite oxide was prepared from natural graphite powder by a modification of Hummers method.[17] One gram of graphite powder was added to 23 mL of cooled (0°C) concentrated H2SO4。Three temperature of the mixture was maintained below 20°C. The mixture was then stirred at 35°C for 30 min. 46 mL of distilled water was slowly added to cause an increase in temperature to 98°C, and the mixture was maintained at that temperature for 15 min. The reaction was terminated by adding 140 mL of distilled water followed by 10 mL of 30% H2O2 solution. The solid product was separated by centrifugation, washed repeatedly with 5% HCl solution until sulfate could not be detected with BaCl2, and then washed 3-4 times with ethanol and dried in vacuum at 60°C overnight.

实验中所有的试剂均是分析纯。合成和洗涤过程中所用的为去离子水。氧化石墨烯由天然石墨粉末通过改进的Hummer法制得。1 g石墨粉末加入到23 mL冷却的浓硫酸中。(Three temperature of the mixture was maintained below 20°C. 这句没看明白,three是不是the?)混合物的温度保持在20度以下,然后在35度下搅拌30 min,之后缓慢加入46 mL蒸馏水使混合物温度增加到98度,并保持在此温度15 min。最后通过先后加入14o mL蒸馏水、1o mL30% 的双氧水溶液使反应终止。固体产品通过离心分离,并用5%HCl溶液反复洗涤,直至硫酸根粒子不能通过BaCl2被检测到。然后用乙醇洗涤3-4遍,并于60度下过夜真空干燥。
