[求助] Indian Journal of Fibre & Textile Research 投稿求助

小弟今日Indian Journal of Fibre & Textile Research投稿，然后编辑回复要求提供一些材料，由于这是小弟第一次投SCI，有些不明白的地方，还望各位前辈多多指教，在此谢过！ Please provide us with: 1.   A certificate on institute's letter head  (forwarded by a competent authority) signed by all the authors stating that the reported work is original  and it has not been submitted elsewhere for publication; that the proper citations to the previously reported works have been given; and that in case data, Tables or Figures are quoted verbatim from some other publication, the required permission to do so has been obtained. 2.   The names and corresponding addresses of two Indian and one foreign active research workers of the repute  who could be the possible reviewer for the type of work presented in your above article.
