| Discussions of excitation spectra and fluorescence lifetime spectra of the Co-doped samples and single-doped samples by comparison show that the electronic Tb3 + ions on the 5D4 level can make use of the phonon supporting role migration reaches 5D1 level of Eu3 +in addition to the radiation emitted transition of 541nm blue and 487nm green light .Thus enhanced Eu3 + light emission at 589nm and 611nm . White light emission process of the sample was discussed by energy-level diagram . |
