看了一篇文献 根据ITC可以确定物质是分子内包结or分子间包结的 To elucidate whether the self-inclusion occurs inter- or intramolecularly, we carried out isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) dilution experiments in which we measured the heat change when a concentrated solution of 4 was injected into a calorimeter cell initially containing water.The heat arises from dimers or oligomers present in the higher concentration solution that dissociate upon dilution.[24] ITC dilution experiments with 4 gave rise to a series of endothermic heat pulses that decreased in a nonlinear fashion as the concentration of 4 increased (see Supporting Information).
