第一次投SCI，当天就被拒稿了。。

今天刚刚给自己相中的一篇杂志（IF 2.3）投了个临床上的case report，什么都是第一次，摸索了老半天今天终于投稿了，晚上一看，没过编辑这关，给拒稿了。 大家帮我看看，编辑提的这些意见，我改了后，有没有机会再投稿这个杂志呢，或者这些只是编辑的婉拒啊？The review of your manuscript has been completed by the editorial board. Unfortunately, the review was not able to recommend acceptance for publication in Pediatric Blood & Cancer. This recommendation was based in large part on the issue that there was insufficient and significant new information being presented. Linking the clinical data to a genetic defect would significantly enhance the priority. Also, for Brief Reports, length must be less than 1200 words, all radiographs must have no extraneous writing on them, and all English rhetoric and syntax be corrected. 文章有字数限制，我本想等文章修改时候再行删减的，而且看该杂志同类型文章，有超过规定字数，才这样投稿的。那接下来应该删减到规定字数再投稿吗？ |
