看看这一段的解释，你就会更明白了。 Effect of Solute Atoms (Solute Drag)： Misfitting solute atoms may segregate to grain boundaries where they can be better accommodated. This leads to a decrease in the energy of the grain boundary. This is because solute atoms segregating at the grain boundaries reduce the disorder and hence the internal energy of the grain boundaries. Consequently, it is more difficult for grain boundaries to move away and the mobility of the grain boundaries decreases. It is therefore not surprising that pure Al can recrystallise at room temperature where as commercially pure Al (which contains a small quantity of impurities) has to be heated to very high temperatures. |
