建立染料敏化太阳能电池中新型钙钛矿型半导体纳米晶薄膜电极制备的新方法和新技术,深入研究该类电极的能带结构、表面态分布、染料敏化、电荷迁移机理以及光电化学性质。 研究了钙钛矿型半导体纳米晶(如SrTiO3、BaTiO3、CaTiO3等)合成、纳米晶薄膜电极制备及其性质(纳米晶的粒度、结晶度、成膜性、膜均匀性和透光率)。采用光谱电化学和电化学方法,深入研究纳米晶薄膜电极的能带结构和电荷迁移性能(如导带能级、禁带宽度及表面态分布等),获得许多重要的科研成果。 研发满足染料敏化要求的新型钙钛矿半导体纳米晶薄膜电极,并将其应用于染料敏化太阳能电池,研究染料在纳米晶薄膜上的吸附性能,电子转移机理以及光电化学性能。本研究取得的成果也为新型钙钛矿半导体纳米晶薄膜电极在光电化学分解水制氢等领域的研究及应用提供新途径。

结题英文摘要       
The new method and technique have been established for the preparation of the nanocrystalline perovskite film electrodes applicable in dye sensitized solar cells. Their band energetics, surface states, dye sensitization, charge transfer and photoelectrochemical properties have been investigated thoroughly. SrTiO3、BaTiO3 and CaTiO3 nanocrystals were synthesized. Their nanocrystalline film electrodes were prepared and properties such as grain size, crystalization, surface properties and transmittance studied. The band energetics and electron transfer were thoroughly studied with spectroelectrochemical method, and many important results have been achieved. The novel nanocrystalline perovskite film electrodes applicable in dye sensitized solar cells were developed. The adsorption of dye, electron transfer and photoelectrochemical properties were investigated. The important results can also find application in related fields such as hydrogen generation from water.
