[交流] 历时近9个月，IEEE TIE终于接收，散金币祝福各位虫友。

第一篇IEEE TIE终于接收，从3月份投稿以来，共经历了4轮审稿。虽然每次都等的蛋疼，但是最后结果是好的。Alls well that the ends well````
