The reviewers feel that the paper is unsuitable for publication in its present form, and that substantial revisions are necessary before the paper could be reconsidered for publication. We therefore feel unable to proceed with publication at this stage. However, we would like to encourage you to fully address the concerns of the reviewers and resubmit an appropriately revised manuscript to Journal of Materials Chemistry B. Please note that resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your resubmission will be subject to further peer review before a decision is reached. 有两个审稿人的审稿意见，第一个人的意见是“It is not recommended to be published in Journal of Materials Chemistry B. A specific journal is more suitable for this manuscript”，而且提的意见也很多，很专业。第二个人的意见是“This work did a systematic study of the potentiostatic conditions and validates the protocol with steady ECL and CV measurements. The study was well-documented with convincing experimental evidence and detailed analysis. This work offers a new substitute Hg ion detection method that can favor a series of environmental applications. This reviewer suggests publish it after: 1) further polishing the languages and 2) enlarging Scheme 1 to improve the text clearance”。 各位虫友帮忙看看，给个意见，是重投还是换别的杂志好呢？ |
