Journal of Experimental Nanoscience编辑推荐另一个杂志，请问我该怎么办？

审稿人建议小修后接受，但编辑回复的邮件如下，1、是不是要收费呢？2、这个期刊什么级别，要是收费，划得来投吗？ Thanks for your submission. The reviewers’ comments are below.
