REPORTING TO/汇报对象 Greater China Business Manager SER SUBORDINATES/下属 Technical Manager SER, Sr. techncial Engineer and Technical Assistant SER KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities) 1. Lead technical service team of SER GC, and offer efficient technical support of all Market Segments in SER GC area on demand. 2. Actively execute the company’s technical related process/procedures, such as product transfer, new product registration, etc. 3. Manage laboratory standards and technical personnel, and develop the capabilities of SER lab. 4. Work with the team members for strategic product modifications in SER. 5. Support to process Chemist ZJG in question of Raw materials, Specifications, Product Formulations, Production request for ZJG ELA plant. 6. Travel within G. China and to other locations on demand 7. Key link to Global Product Development of SE, and local S-D team. 8. Member of the core team SE. 9. Technology transfers from global SE on demand 10. Support to sales & marketing activities/events such as MDB/MDP, customer events, seminars or exhibitions. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (education, language, expertise, functional competencies) 1. Major in chemistry or chemical engineering related. 2. Very good knowledge in Silicone Rubber area (HTV, LSR, RTV-1, RTV-2) or similar industries. 3. Min. 8 years working experiences in related industry and min. 3 years on people management position. 4. Good command of written and spoken English. Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook). 5. Good team spirit, strong ability to manage the team to achieve overall success. 6. Open and clear mind, positive attitude, strong ability to offer timely services to customers. 7. Capability to build up knowledge and experience and share with team.
