Studies of the impact of carbon black varieties to properties of NR / trans 1,4 - polyisoprene (TPI) alloy rubber showed that with the increasing size of carbon black particle , NR / TPI alloy rubber scorch time prolonged and the degree of crosslinking declined . N330 of NR / TPI alloy rubber filled with carbon black has better overall physical properties. With the increasing of carbon black particle size,The loss modulus of the NR / TPI alloy rubber decreased .As the specific surface area of carbon black became larger and temperatures below 0 ¡æ,the loss factor value (tan ¦Ä) of NR / TPI alloy rubber decreased. When the temperature is higher than 0 ¡æ, NR / TPI alloy rubber (tan ¦Ä) value increased. NR / TPI alloy rubber filled with carbon black N990 has a lower dynamic heat build-up.With the specific surface area of carbon black decreased, the interaction between the carbon black and the rubber and aggregates weakened. |
