We situdied physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of In situ grafted carbon black reinforced natural rubber (NR) .We use thermal gravimetric analysis , Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Torque Rheometer for in situ torque rheometer grafted carbon black filled NR Structural characterization and research. The results showed that the interaction of the carbon black and Rubber interface situ grafting interface enhanced and the performance of vulcanized rubber improved. Modifier dosage of 4.5 parts was with the best overall performance .Modifiers participated in graft reaction and the vulcanization with rubber and carbon black .
